MY POCKET PLUS — DATA DELETION REQUEST
If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from My Pocket Plus, you can use either of the following methods:
- In the App: Open My Pocket Plus → Account Settings → Delete Account. Follow the verification steps to permanently delete your account.
- By Email: Send a request to info@twodollarthings.co.nz with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete all your personal information, points balance, and voucher history within 30 days.
What gets deleted: Name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, purchase history, points balance, vouchers, and all loyalty activity records associated with your account.
